Estimator for Millwork, Framing Job

We are looking for a Project Estimator to focus on Millwork, Framing by generating custom layouts and elevations. The candidates must compete with high-end residential and multifamily buildings. This position requires design drawings, reviewing estimate requests, communicating with vendors, budgeting, reporting, and escalating to management on the project. The estimator will work closely with the lead estimator to source, accurately price, and win local, regional, and national signage and fixture projects for the company.

5+ Years Experience
Knowledge of Excel and other takeoff software.
Using AutoCAD for drawing and engineering.
Interior Design software.
Knowledge of the kitchen design process.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with contractors and homeowners.
Open-mindedness and creative thinking.
Reading blueprints, floor plans, and cabinet layouts.
