Job location: You Glow Aesthetics store at Unit #115 - 6359 50 Ave., Red Deer, AB T4N 6H3
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, weekdays and weekends
Hourly wage: $21.63
Requirements:
• Completion of high school combined with some previous esthetician work experience, or completion of college or beauty school programs for cosmeticians or estheticians.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (proficiency in English).
• Client-focused attitude.
Main duties:
• Greet clients in a friendly manner.
• Provide skin assessments and advise customers on skincare and beauty products and treatments suitable for their coloring and skin type.
• Offer waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup applications.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
• Maintain product knowledge to promote and sell beauty treatments and products available at the store.
• Provide product demonstrations.
• Care for linens and replace them between treatments.
• Ensure a clean and sterile treatment environment.
• Perform cashiering duties when needed.
