Job Duties:
• Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the lash extension studio to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor policies and procedures for lash application, hygiene and safety, and customer service.
• Plan and control budgets, manage expenses, and oversee inventory of lash products, adhesives, and related supplies.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, address complaints, and resolve service-related issues with professionalism.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities, including advertising campaigns, social media engagement, and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.
• Recruit, train, and supervise lash technicians and other staff, ensuring compliance with service standards and business policies.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and implement training programs to maintain high-quality esthetic services.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: Minimum three years of experience in lash extension is required.
