Position Summary:
Gratitude Beauty is looking for an Esthetic Services Manager to work in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities including:
• Ensure day-to-day salon operations run smoothly, including assigning duties to employees, and coordinating shifts
• Prepare daily shifts, based on demand and scheduled appointments
• Chat with customers, learn their preferences and build good relationships
• Organize training for new esthetic technicians and receptionists
• Monitor stock of beauty products and order supplies as needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports and control budget
• Comply with all health and safety requirements, and licensing and permit requirements for the operation

Job Requirements:
Qualifications and skills:
• Work experience as a Beauty Salon Assistant Manager or a similar role in the beauty industry
• Completion of job-related school programs combined with some experience or equivalent work experience as an esthetician is required
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related is required
• Certification as an eye lash extensions specialist is an asset
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills are highly preferred
• Work well independently and with others
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills
• Speak English, a second language is an asset
• Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic security clearance is required
