Job Description:
• Register incoming and outgoing goods information accurately in Hantal Alabama’s internal Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system (ERP-GHAIS), and in applicable client-side systems;
• Compare physical inventory with ERP inventory records and process necessary adjustments and corrections to resolve discrepancies;
• Cross-check client shipment and receipt information against internal records and correct identified logistics discrepancies;
• Implement preventive validation measures and review controls to reduce erroneous data entry in logistics transactions;
• Monitor client delivery deadlines and identify overdue, delayed, or potentially at-risk deliveries;
• Analyze overdue deliveries and coordinate with delivery personnel to support timely shipment and receipt completion;
• Assist with daily and monthly financial closing activities and process invoicing after completion of settlement procedures;
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and consistency through authorized data entry, modification, correction, and deletion;
• Back up and maintain ERP data used for operational performance reporting and business planning purposes;
• Monitor departmental performance statistics and key performance indicators (“KPIs”) generated from ERP system data;
• Review requests from other departments and implement appropriate ERP-related workflow and process improvements;
• Coordinate inventory monitoring and physical audits with relevant departments based on ERP system records; and
• Train new ERP users, resolve operational issues, manage system updates and maintenance, and introduce, test, and validate new ERP features for operations.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other closely related field of study;
• In-depth understanding of ERP frameworks and the ability to manage and improve integrated business processes involving supply chain, inventory, logistics, financial closing, and invoicing;
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify system issues and data discrepancies, analyze their causes, and implement technical or process solutions that improve operational efficiency;
• Advanced ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency within complex databases and maintain reliable ERP outputs for performance reporting, business planning, and organizational decision-making; and
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills to connect technical requirements with business needs, provide user guidance and training, troubleshoot operational issues, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
