ERP Quality Specialist Job

The ERP Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of the company's ERP system. This position works closely with cross-functional departments to validate system enhancements, improve business processes, maintain data integrity, and support users in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ERP test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
- Perform functional testing for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and verify that ERP solutions meet operational and manufacturing needs.
- Monitor and maintain ERP data accuracy and integrity.
- Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues while coordinating with internal users and external vendors.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective ERP utilization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) or more years of experience supporting or testing ERP systems.
- Understanding of ERP processes related to manufacturing, inventory management, purchasing, and production planning.
- Experience creating and executing software test plans and documenting test results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Preferred
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is preferred but not required.
