Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to the following:
• Maintain and optimize business processes in SAP and ERP systems, ensuring accurate import, inventory, and material records, and supporting internal controls and compliance with supply specifications.
• Review and verify Bills of Materials (BoMs), production orders, and inventory data in ERP systems to ensure proper material allocation, traceability, and alignment with manufacturing schedules.
• Analyze production line data and recommend process improvements, utilizing ERP/SAP analytics to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and support continuous business process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound materials flow, track shipments across logistics channels, and ensure timely delivery of components required for automotive manufacturing operations.
• Support cross-functional departments—including finance, procurement, and production—by providing ERP-based solutions for inventory management, material planning, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor and evaluate ERP/SAP-based business systems, formulate long-term strategic plans for process automation, cost efficiency, and communication technologies across the company.
• Generate, review, and maintain reports for sales status, customer satisfaction, and production metrics, and lead improvements to enhance service quality and operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational management, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems for managing inventory, production orders, Bills of Materials (BoMs), operational data, and materials flow to optimize business processes and support cross-functional departments.
