Equipment Automation Engineering Manager Job

Plan, direct, and oversee complex engineering projects related to the design, integration, and deployment of automated semiconductor glass substrate manufacturing equipment. Manage and evaluate a specialized team of equipment automation engineers and technical staff to effectively allocate human and technical resources for complex equipment installations, robotic calibrations, and automation upgrades within the fabrication facility. Formulate and direct continuous improvement engineering strategies to reduce automated equipment downtime, optimize machine sequences, and increase total semiconductor glass substrate yield throughput. Establish and enforce rigorous cleanroom engineering protocols and safety regulations during all phases of automated equipment deployment, preventative maintenance, and structural modification. Collaborate with process engineering and fab management to develop capital expenditure plans for future automation infrastructure while serving as the primary technical management authority.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of managerial experience in equipment automation in the semiconductor industry
