Your Responsibilities
Assist customers by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering solutions
Support daily sales operations, including customer outreach and relationship building
Participate in hands-on training to develop communication, leadership, and service skills
Represent Red Label Enterprises in a professional and friendly manner at all times
Work with your team to meet weekly and monthly goals
Maintain accurate notes, reports, and customer information
Take part in company workshops, coaching sessions, and skill-building activities
Learn and understand brand guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions
