Job Description:
As an Entry Level Representative, you’ll be the face of Red Label Enterprise: connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them discover how we can add value. This role is full of growth potential — you’ll be trained, mentored, and supported as you build foundational sales, communication, and business development skills.
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Do
Conduct outreach to prospective clients via calls, email, and social platforms.
Qualify leads, build rapport, and maintain a sales pipeline.
Provide product or service information and tailor your pitch to each prospect.
Collaborate with senior team members to refine outreach strategies.
Log all activity in our CRM and report on progress.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to continually level up.
Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, research).
Who You Are

Excellent communicator: strong verbal and written skills.
Goal-oriented, but patient — you understand success comes with persistence.
Comfortable using (or willing to learn) CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales platforms.
Organized and able to manage a growing pipeline.
Self-motivated and proactive; you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
Nice-to-Have (but not required):
Any prior sales, customer service, or outreach experience.
Exposure to digital marketing or lead generation tools.
