Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person and communicate relevant information about client products, services, and campaigns.
Represent client brands professionally at assigned promotional locations and events.
Learn campaign procedures, customer engagement techniques, and applicable client guidelines through training.
Assist customers with questions and relevant application or enrollment processes, where applicable.
Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established operational procedures.
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
Track assigned activities and work toward established performance goals.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support campaign objectives.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
Ability to follow instructions, receive feedback, and adapt to changing campaign needs.
Reliable transportation for assigned work locations.
Previous direct sales or marketing experience is not required.
Compensation and Benefits
The advertised compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Benefits listed by Red Label Enterprises include weekly pay, paid training, health insurance, a 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development and advancement, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities are listed. The stated schedules are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. for full-time and 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. for part-time, with optional weekend work where available.
