ENTRY LEVEL OPERATOR Sign on Bonus $300 after 30 days $ 500 after 60 days $ 700 after 90 days TOTALING $ 1,500 After 90 Days !!!! ** THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ** Job Duties:The Downstream Operator is?the entry level position in our Extrusion department. As a Downstream Operator, you will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to?ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities. Mainly responsible for making sure the final product is being wrapped around the reel in an even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.
