📅 Schedule: Rotational or Fixed Shifts Available
💵 Pay Rates by Shift:
1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:45 PM): $17/hr
2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:45 PM): $19.55/hr
3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:45 AM): $21.25/hr
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Entry-Level IT Technician to join our growing technology team in Secaucus, NJ. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in IT, with a strong interest in troubleshooting and hardware support. On-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
Assist in setting up and imaging workstations, laptops, and other devices.
Support network connectivity and printer troubleshooting.
Maintain, track, and organize IT equipment and inventory.
Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
Follow documentation and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in IT is a plus).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Willingness to work on-site in Secaucus, NJ.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, or ticketing systems.
IT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) is a plus.
Prior internship or hands-on technical support experience is helpful but not required.
