Team members receive mentorship, licensing support, field training, and practical experience helping individuals and families better understand financial protection, retirement strategies, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities
Participate in training, licensing, and professional development
Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals
Educate clients on available financial protection and retirement solutions
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Develop communication, leadership, and business-development skills
Work with experienced and appropriately licensed professionals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn
Interested in financial education, leadership, or entrepreneurship
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must be eligible to obtain required state insurance licenses
Previous financial-services experience is not required
Compensation

This is an independent, performance-based, commission opportunity with no base salary. Compensation varies based on licensing, activity, client needs, and production. Training and mentorship are provided.
