Engineering Support 1st shift Job

PURPOSE:                      
We are searching for a Control Specialist with strong emphasis in PLC programming. Experience should include programming PLC's, adjusting, rewriting, editing programs, and doing upgrades on PLC's
.

          REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  Must be able to check installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.


• 
  Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language for required document control, equipment operation, and supervisor/peer instructions.


• 
  Proficient working knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens plc's/controls/protocols platforms is recommended.


• 
  Must be able to work other shifts and overtime to complete work as needed.


• 
  Employee must be willing to be on call to support production needs.


• 
  Must have computer skills, with the capability to use email, compile reports and spreadsheets for parts and project tracking.


• 
  Must be willing to work in uncomfortable working conditions (dirt, summer heat, lubricants, etc.).


• 
  Must be able to handle occasional heavy lifting of materials/tools.


• 
  Knowledge in robotic/CNC systems with ability to support the electronic interface, mechanical installation, design/fabrication, repair and maintenance for automated production equipment
