Engineering Project Manager Job

- Lead end-to-end project management for machinery manufacturing, from concept to delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment.
- Oversee design, prototyping, testing, and validation of machinery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, CE) and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot engineering challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and guide engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Foster a collaborative environment across R&D, production, and supply chain teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in engineering or PMP certification is a plus.
- 5 years in project management within machinery manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial automation.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects ($1M budgets).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), ERP systems, and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, welding, assembly).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (OSHA, ISO 9001, ASME).
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable).
