Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Job

Position Summary: The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) serves as the primary technical interface between US clients and TSMT’s global manufacturing plants. The EPM translates customer specifications into actionable factory requirements and manages end-to-end project execution from NPI (New Product Introduction) through mass production.

• Client Technical Interface: Act as the key technical liaison between US customers and global factory engineering/NPI teams.
• Specification Management: Translate customer product specifications, Gerber files, BOMs, and design updates into actionable factory execution plans across global sites (China, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, Mexico).
• Project Execution: Drive project milestones from engineering verification (EVT/DVT/PVT) to mass production (MP), ensuring schedule, cost, and quality compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks or manufacturing bottlenecks early and lead cross-functional resolution.
• Customer Communication: Facilitate clear technical communication, resolve design-for-manufacturability (DFM) issues, and provide regular project status reports to client leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome! We offer 0-to-1 training.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills; fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly required to interface with overseas factory teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
