Engineering Product Manager Job

Develop detailed project plans for new workplace accessibility service, outlining key milestones, resource allocation, and timelines. Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks. Oversee agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate research and development efforts by evaluating advanced automated speech recognition and generative AI technologies, and integrate findings into product enhancements. Champion the adoption of automation and AI-driven processes across the organization, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and operational improvements. Define and implement quality assurance processes, working with internal teams and external QA support to maintain high standards at the end of each sprint. Monitor performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvements and troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment between technical and commercial objectives.
