Endodontist Job

Yangpei Cao DDS PLLC, d/b/a Sun Endodontics, seeks an Endodontist in El Paso, Texas. Job duties: Work independently on complex endodontic cases like root canal treatment, retreatment and apicoectomy (surgery) referred by general dentists. Make diagnostic and treatment decisions with advancing imaging techniques like CBCT. Perform endodontic treat on patients under dental microscope. Handle cases referred by general dentists and coordinate complex, multidisciplinary cases with different specialist for treatment planning. Evaluate existing protocols in the clinic and implement amendments or updates if needed. Evaluate different materials and equipments to add to the armamentarium in the clinic. Train and direct dental assistants in technical procedures and guide them to facilitate clinical workflow.

Need Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) or foreign equivalent. Need 2 yrs experience as Dentist, Resident Dentist, or related. Must have 2 years of experience in interpreting digital/panoramic radiographs; performing restorative, endodontic, periodontal, prosthodontic, and oral surgery procedures; managing dental emergencies and medically complex patients; and using digital radiography, rotary endodontic motors, ultrasonic scalers, articulators, and intraoral cameras.
