Zoetis, Inc. Build and Scale Analytics Self-Service: Lead initiatives to develop and expand self service analytics capabilities across Commercial teams by continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the impact and reach of data solutions & building and maintaining a backlog of ‘chat with your data’ initiatives that fit within the larger self-service roadmap. Drive adoption of ‘chat with your data’ and other innovative tools that enable users to access insights independently. Measure and communicate efficiency improvements and value derived from analytics initiatives. Monitor and optimize self-service usage, efficiency gains, and incremental insights generated. Be accountable for the overall business impact of data products and self-service analytics capabilities. Lead Data Engineering Pod. Manage and guide the data engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality data products. Ensure data products are curated effectively for reporting, applications, and custom insights tailored to Commercial functions. Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and timely delivery. Prioritize Analytics Request Backlog. Own the prioritization of analytics requests from frontline field representatives and enabling functions. Balance competing demands to maximize business value and responsiveness. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on request status and delivery timelines. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication. Build strong relationships with Commercial leaders, frontline teams, and enabling functions. Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to diverse audiences. Advocate for data-driven decision-making and user empowerment. Drive Innovation with Emerging Technologies Stay current with advancements in data engineering, analytics, and generative AI. Incorporate new technologies and best practices to improve data products and self-service tools. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Salary: $261,248.00-$286,000.00. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related and 5 years of experience required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
