Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Employment Agency Manager/Consultant that has experience in the logistics/transportation industry to manage the hiring aspect of future candidates in the logistics/supply chain/transportation industry. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate a wide range of responsibilities, including the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, collaborate, organize, and evaluate the operations of Unity Staffing to provide/match prospective employers with qualified candidates in the transportation/logistics industry.
• Help, plan and develop policies and procedures to allow for the company to expand further into providing candidates for employers in the transportation sector across the Greater Toronto Area.
• With the relevant expertise, you will provide your expertise and develop the best course of action within the logistics/transportation field to respond to clients/employers that are looking to hire candidates with logistics/transportation experience to fill their positions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers, specifically in the transportation sector.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure the Unity Staffing team achieves high-quality service delivery for clients in the transportation/logistics industry.
• Develop and manage budgets for clients/employers in the transportation field that are looking to onboard/fill positions in the logistics field focusing on cost control and financial objectives.
• Represent Unity Staffing to current/prospective employers in the transportation/logistics field by imparting your knowledge in the various fields ranging from logistics to supply/chain.
• Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree/relevant education in business administration or transportation/logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics/transportation/supply chain management.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
6. Knowledge of logistics/transportation industry practices across the world.
7. Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
