What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in email marketing
Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail
Experience using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or similar
Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
Basic understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel strategy
Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge and experience in the fitness/wellness space
