EMA Nail Spa is hiring a permanent, full-time, Spa Manager.

Job Description:
Manage the overall daily operations of the spa.
Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
Manage client appointments and promote spa services and products.
Stay current with new products and promotions, and provide ongoing guidance and training to staff.
Plan and control budget and inventory.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop marketing initiatives to promote spa services and attract new clients.
Recruit, hire, and train new staff as required.
Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

You need to meet the following qualifications:
Secondary school education is required.
1-2 years of experience is required.
English language is required.

Your hourly wage will be $29~37.
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay

This is a full-time, permanent position.
