• Design, Develop & Implement automated test systems based on National Instruments LabVIEW / TestStand Software solutions for interfacing and controlling measurement instruments as a certified LabVIEW Developer.
• Library and Driver development for the Scorpion Test Systems & various test systems on National Instruments LabVIEW development environment platform.
• Ensuring seamless integration of In-Circuit Test Setup on Scorpion Test System / Inline Test Systems / Agilent 3070 (Keysight i3070) Test Systems with Functional Test environment based on PXI / PXIe based National Instrument modular instrument hardware’s.
• Ensuring seamless integration between Device under Test (DUT), test interface units (Instruments) and central test unit (Bed-of-Nails Test Fixture) / Scorpion Test Systems.
• Develop software programming, coding, integration and troubleshooting based on Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment such as Scorpion Test Systems, Briz Test Systems, Functional Test Systems to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components and systems.
• Process the CAD files to design and develop the Bed-of-Nails for In-Circuit Testing and as well as Functional Testing of PCBAs by using XMatic / TestExpert Software Tools.
• Design & Develop the Bed-of-Nails Test fixtures for In-Circuit and as well as for Functional Test Systems in different form factors.
• Supervise the building and testing of prototypes according to general instructions and established standards.
• Conducts the installation, commissioning and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and automated test systems.
• Inspect, test and evaluate customer circuit boards to ensure they conform to the specifications as well as record and analyze test results.
• Writing specifications and technical documents related to the automated test systems.
• Providing pre-sales technical support through hardware configuration, quoting, customer demonstrations, evaluations, benchmarks, including the development of test applications.
• Offering post-sales technical support including phone support, equipment installation, remote software changes and updates installation, fault identification, preventive maintenance and hands-on training on the Automated Test System / Functional Test Systems / In-Circuit Test Systems.
