Job Description:
• Identify and resolve quality issues and equipment malfunctions to ensure seamless production;
• Document equipment anomalies, report process deviations to relevant departments, and report quality concerns and technical bottlenecks to minimize downtime;
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned process equipment and manage Job Change protocols;
• Perform precision settings and adjust process conditions for optimal performance;
• Monitor and manage quality records and production yields;
• Detect and communicate yield fluctuations and implement corrective actions;
• Conduct training sessions on equipment operation, defect detection, and troubleshooting;
• Educate staff on Manufacturing Execution System (“MES”), Recipe Management System (“RMS”), and Job Change procedures;
• Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks according to the master plan;
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (“TPM”) and predictive maintenance strategies to monitor equipment health;
• Manage consumable replacements and maintain detailed maintenance history logs;
• Perform urgent repairs, temporary fixes, and diagnostic troubleshooting for sudden equipment failures;
• Diagnose root causes of malfunctions, repair or replace defective components, record and manage breakdown history to prevent recurring issues;
• Assist engineers with equipment upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installations;
• Supervise and support external contractors during on-site technical work; and provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and process optimization tasks;

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or closely related technical field with at least two (2) years of experience in electrode process operations in the EV battery industry, or at least four (4) years of such experience;
• Experience in electrode process operations, production support, equipment setup, process adjustment, quality control, yield support, or production stabilization;
• Experience identifying and addressing production issues, equipment malfunctions, or process abnormalities, including maintenance, repair support, or equipment improvement activities; and
• Ability to support process operations, quality-related activities, operator training, or technical support related to equipment operation and process procedures.
