TMR Electric Inc. has an immediate opening for an Electricians Supervisor (TEER 2: 72011) at our location in Mississauga, Ontario.
As an Electricians Supervisor (TEER 2: 72011), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Coordinate, supervise, and schedule the work of contractors who install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
• Create procedures for adhering to work schedules and coordinating work with other workers or contractors
• Coordinating ordering of relevant materials and supplies to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects
• Providing guidance and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting professional growth.
• Address workplace issues and suggest solutions to enhance productivity
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Contributes to implementation of company policies and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing effective solutions
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers.

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Several years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in a relevant trade are required.
• Journeyman/woman trade certification in a relevant trade is required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $40.00 per hour
