Electrician
• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, mechanical, process principles and current techniques through the ability to install, dismantle, reassemble, replace, calibrate, repair, adjust, fabricate, lubricate, maintain, etc., systems and equipment as assigned;
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components
• Connect electrical power to audio and visual communication equipment, signaling devices and heating and cooling systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.

• Must hold a valid Construction and Maintenance Electrician Certification of Qualification (309A)
• 3-5 years of experience working in a residential or commercial renovation construction environment
• Experience with Motors, Drives, Robotics, PLC Wiring and sensing systems
• Strong Knowledge of the Electrical Safety Code
• Knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel)
• Valid G Class Driver’s LicenseAbout the Working Hours, Salary:
• Working Hours: 30-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM (including 1 hour lunch break)
• May work at weekends as needed
• Job Salary: $38 per hour.
