People Source Staffing we are seeking a skilled and experienced License Commercial Electrician to join our team. As a Commercial Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial buildings. Position is in Dallas/Fort Worth area. Pay is Based on Verified Experience
Responsibilities:
• Reconnection of electrical wiring on production line
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked, reporting progress to supervisors and project managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in electrical technology, and changes in electrical codes and regulations.
Requirements:
• Must have 3 Years Verified Experience as a Commercial Electrician
• Must be proficient in understanding, speaking, reading & writing English.
• Must provide own tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training is preferred.
• Valid Apprentice, Journeyman or Master Electrician license. (TDLR)
• Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician, with a demonstrated track record of successfully completing electrical projects in commercial settings.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify electrical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with team members, clients, and other tradespeople.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while meeting project deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
