Electrician
Deallight Security Ltd., located at 31760 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC V2T 1T9, is looking to hire an Electrician. We are offering full-time, year-round work. We are offering $34.75/hr, working 40 hours per week.
Duties:
Install electrical systems in residential and commercial sites. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and sketches. Inspect, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, intercom, security systems, and other electrical components. Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors. Splice, join, and connect wires. Install underground wiring and cable. Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records. Familiar with electrical general safety standards. Ability to prioritize work and schedule tasks according to the job’s requirements. Perform other related duties as required.
Skills and knowledge:
• Completion of Secondary School Education.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as an electrician OR completion of an apprenticeship program is required.
• Ability to work long hours and early mornings as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication ability.
