Electrical Utility Engineering Manager Job

Plan, direct, and coordinate the engineering, operation, and maintenance of critical infrastructure and electrical utility systems for a large-scale automobile batteries manufacturing plant. Formulate and direct proactive reliability engineering and preventive maintenance programs for electrical and utility systems by conducting root cause analyses on aging equipment. Oversee the final stages of plant construction by directing the hand-over process, executing technical commissioning, and managing the wet-running of complex electrical utility systems. Translate high-level energy-saving strategies into practical daily operations by continuously monitoring utility usage data, adjusting field operations, and optimizing electrical system configurations to reduce energy consumption. Lead, manage, and evaluate a technical workforce consisting of electrical and utility instrument engineers, while providing strategic mentorship and training programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other closely related field of study, followed by 5 years of progressive exp. in electrical utility operations or maintenance in the battery manufacturing industry
