Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job

Install, integrate, maintain, and support electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment used in automotive seat frame manufacturing equipment. Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and plant electrical facilities to minimize production downtime and improve equipment reliability. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues affecting automated production lines and manufacturing equipment. Use electrical diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and basic PLC/HMI logic analysis to identify root causes of electrical malfunctions, equipment failures, control system errors, and production interruptions. Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and performance evaluations of electrical systems and production-line electrical facilities to ensure safe and reliable operations. Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance activities, troubleshooting results, system performance, inspections, repairs, equipment upgrades, and electrical installation work.

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major
• 2 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance in the automotive industry
