We are seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and validate board-level hardware for a variety of advanced applications, including wireless communication systems, embedded computing for edge intelligence, large-scale mesh networks, solid-state meters, ASICs, and IoT systems.

We offer exciting, challenging projects, a collaborative team environment, and a flexible work arrangement with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in the office, depending on the project).
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead new product development initiatives from concept to completion.
Design and develop circuit-level hardware for advanced applications, including RF, power electronics, and cellular systems.
Validate SOC, high-speed digital interfaces, NAND, LPDDR2, and analog circuits using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and environmental chambers.
Ensure regulatory compliance, perform reliability analysis and testing, and support the component selection and development process.
Create clear and precise design and validation documentation.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to define testing requirements and develop fixtures for programming, functional verification, and final testing.
Provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
Open to recent graduates with strong co-op or internship experience in electronic hardware development.
Experience:
Hands-on experience with SOC development and validation, high-speed digital interfaces, LPDDR, NAND, signal integrity, ARM, DSP, power management systems, and ASICs.
Proficiency with laboratory instruments and equipment.
Familiarity with CAD tools for hardware design.
Preferred Skills:
A solid understanding of RF circuits is a plus.
