Job Description:
• Inspect electrical panels, motors, inverters, sensors, cables, and related components for damage, wear, and abnormal operating conditions;
• Diagnose electrical equipment failures and determine appropriate corrective actions to restore normal production operation;
• Review electrical specifications, drawings, wiring diagrams, and component lists for newly introduced production equipment;
• Evaluate voltage, capacity, control, and installation requirements for newly introduced manufacturing machinery;
• Review proposed electrical modifications and equipment upgrades for technical feasibility and operational safety;
• Develop system improvements to enhance the stability and reliability of production electrical equipment;
• Analyze recurring electrical failures and recommend preventive measures to reduce equipment downtime;
• Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of newly introduced production equipment;
• Establish preventive inspection and maintenance standards for electrical equipment and related components;
• Coordinate electrical installation, repair, and improvement work with production staff, technicians, contractors, and equipment suppliers;
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, failures, repairs, modifications, and improvement activities;
• Verify that electrical work complies with approved drawings, manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable safety procedures; and
• Provide technical guidance to production and maintenance personnel regarding electrical equipment operation and effective troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical engineering, electrical maintenance, and production engineering;
- Practical knowledge of electrical panels, motors, inverters, sensors, cables, and related electrical components;
- Experience inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment and industrial electrical systems;
- Ability to review electrical specifications, technical drawings, components, and proposed modifications for new or existing equipment; and
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical-review, and equipment-reliability improvement skills.
- Practical knowledge of electrical panels, motors, inverters, sensors, cables, and related electrical components;
- Experience inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment and industrial electrical systems;
- Ability to review electrical specifications, technical drawings, components, and proposed modifications for new or existing equipment; and
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical-review, and equipment-reliability improvement skills.
