Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electric Motor Mechanic to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a wide range of industrial electrical and mechanical equipment, including AC/DC motors, generators, gearboxes, and pumps. Your work will ensure that equipment is brought back to OEM or EASA-compliant standards, helping our clients maintain critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in motors, pumps, and gearboxes using multimeters, growlers, high-pot testers, and other diagnostic tools.
Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble electric motors and associated equipment to exact specifications.
Conduct failure analysis and document findings thoroughly for customer and internal records.
Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other tools to ensure high-quality rebuilds.
Complete both in-shop and on-site repairs in accordance with OEM, EASA, and customer standards.
Maintain accurate records of repair procedures, testing results, and final inspections.
Comply with all mechanical and electrical safety practices throughout the repair process.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
Must-Have:
1–3 years of relevant experience or formal training (EASA, military, or technical school)
Hands-on experience with industrial electric motors (not automotive motors)
Solid background in mechanical and electrical repair methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in motor winding or rewinding
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems
EASA or equivalent certifications
Must-Have:
