Skills Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of exposure of installing electric household appliances

Job Duties:

• Review work orders, manufacturer specifications, and installation instructions to determine proper placement, electrical requirements, and installation procedures for residential appliances.
• Measure, mark, and prepare installation sites to ensure accurate positioning, leveling, ventilation clearance, and secure fitting of appliances.
• Install, connect, and commission household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, washers, dryers, and other electrical appliances in accordance with safety codes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Use hand tools and power tools (including drills, testers, and fastening equipment) to mount, secure, and adjust appliances and related components.
• Test installed appliances to verify proper operation, electrical safety, and performance, and provide basic operational guidance to customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or installation-related issues and recommend corrective actions as required.
• Ensure all installation complies with company quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable electrical codes, while maintaining a clean and safe work area during and after service calls.
• Exhibiting professionalism when interacting with customers
• Prepare and coordinate work orders along with invoices.
• Pick up appliances and equipment from the warehouse and deliver to the customer's residence and return.
• May perform other duties as required by the business.
