Education Program Planner Job

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support the development and administration of education policies and programs.
- Evaluate existing curriculum programs and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
- Design the structure, content, and objectives of new education programs.
- Perform statistical and cost-effectiveness analyses to assess education policies and program outcomes.
- Provide ongoing training, professional development, and advisory services to teachers and education professionals in both public and private sectors.
- Develop teaching materials, resources, and tools to support effective program delivery.
- Present findings, research, and program updates at conferences, workshops, and symposia.
- Supervise and provide guidance to education researchers, consultants, or program officers as required.
- Oversee specialized testing and assessment programs when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelorfs degree in Education or a related field (Masterfs degree considered an asset).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program planning, curriculum development, or education policy.
• Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate education programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience providing training or professional development to educators is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
