We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Education Program Coordinator to support the development and delivery of academic programs at Gateway College.
This position plays a key role in curriculum design, program evaluation, and resource development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic educational environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with academic teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support curriculum development and program planning.
- Design and structure educational programs aligned with institutional goals.
- Evaluate program outcomes and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to curriculum and program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with education policies and standards.
- Develop teaching materials and instructional resources.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia.
- Monitor and assess program implementation and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word and other basic office software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal awareness and judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a flexible and client-focused approach.
