EDM Operator Job

2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30pm-12:00am 
Starting Pay: $20+/hour, plus shift differential, (based on experience)

What You'll Do
As an EDM Operator, you'll play a key role in producing precision-engineered tooling solutions by:
• Setting up and operating Wire EDM machinery
• Loading, fixturing, and aligning workpieces for accurate machining
• Utilizing machine programming to create precise cuts and components
• Working to close tolerances and maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Supporting a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 1 year of EDM operating experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• General knowledge of CNC controls
• CAD experience is a plus
