EDC (Electro Deposition Coating) & Chemical Engineer Job

• Establish and monitor operating parameters for coating processes, including pH levels, conductivity, temperature, chemical concentrations, and other production conditions.
• Oversee engineering activities related to wastewater treatment systems, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), and environmental control systems.
• Analyze production processes, operating data, and process performance to identify opportunities for quality improvement, increased efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Monitor coating quality and process stability to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address coating defects, process abnormalities, and equipment-related issues.
• Perform electrochemical calculations, process evaluations, and technical analyses to drive coating operations and process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel regarding coating operations, chemical management, and process control methods.
• Evaluate coating lines, wastewater treatment equipment, RO systems, UF systems, and related manufacturing assets to maintain reliable operations.
• Coordinate engineering projects involving process optimization, facility improvements, equipment upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, operating procedures, technical reports, and process specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrochemical engineering, process control, reaction engineering, coating technologies, or chemical manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze production data, identify process issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
