¡ñ Develop and implement childcare programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
¡ñ Facilitate creative and educational activities, including storytelling, singing, arts and crafts, dramatic play, and outdoor or physical activities to foster well-rounded development.
¡ñ Support children in developing essential skills, such as self-feeding, dressing, and toilet training, while fostering independence.
¡ñ Create and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children.
¡ñ Maintain daycare equipment, toys, and learning materials, and assist with housekeeping tasks to uphold a clean and organized environment.
¡ñ Observe children for signs of learning or behavioral issues, documenting and reporting observations to parents or supervisors, and offering recommendations for additional support as needed.
¡ñ Join staff meetings to talk about children¡¯s progress, share observations on their behavior and development, and work with parents and staff to address their needs and improve the program.
¡ñ Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and community service providers to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
¡ñ Prepare and serve snacks, set up rooms for meals, and arrange rest areas to ensure a comfortable daily routine for children.

¡ñ Completion of secondary school is required.
¡ñ Working experience as an early childhood education or similar role is required.
¡ñ Observant and attentive to children¡¯s needs, capable of identifying developmental milestones and potential concerns.
¡ñ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
¡ñ Highly organized with the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curricula.
¡ñ Patient, empathetic, and understanding, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
¡ñ Creative and resourceful in finding engaging ways to teach and inspire children.
