Position Info:
• Position: Industrial Meat Cutter
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00-$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 700 Grandview Street, Brandon, MB R7A 7L2

Job Duties:
• Break down beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into cuts for further processing
• Remove bones from carcasses and meat sections with precision
• Trim skin, excess fat, and any bruises or blemishes to ensure a clean, high-quality product
• Cut meat and poultry into specific portions for wholesale, commercial, or institutional use
• Grind or slice meat as needed using industrial equipment for specific customer orders
• Maintain a tidy and sanitized workspace throughout the shift to meet safety standards
• Organize tools and inventory to keep the production floor running smoothly

Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 7 months to 1 year of related experience is required
