Full job description
Health Park Early Learning Centre is hiring an Early Childhood Educator. Training is preferred, ECE Level 1, 2 or 3 would be accepted.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom and outdoor environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate records for each child as well as programming documentation
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive learning environment
• Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication

Experience
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners
• Ability to effectively communicate and write in English
• Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices
