As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will be responsible for the following job duties:
• Design and carry out childcare programs that foster children’s physical, mental, emotional, and social growth.
• Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, singing, exploring local attractions, and encouraging creativity through art, drama, music, and physical play.
• Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for children.
• Evaluate children’s skills, interests, and developmental needs, and communicate their progress or any concerns with parents and colleagues.
• Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral challenges and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
• Support children in developing proper eating, dressing, and hygiene routines.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with coworkers and community organizations involved in children’s services.
• Oversee and manage the tasks of other early childhood educators and assistants.
Job requirement:
• Completion of college program in early childhood education
• ECE Certificate is required
