Assess each child’s developmental progress to design individualized learning plans that address their unique needs.
Provide supervision and guidance to staff members, trainees, and volunteers.
Support early childhood educators in implementing programs that foster children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, singing, and community excursions to enhance learning experiences.
Assist educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Encourage children’s creativity through activities involving art, music, dramatic play, and movement.
Facilitate participation in crafts, songs, and stories to promote engagement and learning.
Guide and support children in developing healthy routines for eating, dressing, and toileting.
Observe and identify potential learning or behavioral challenges, preparing detailed reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
Participate in staff meetings to discuss children’s progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Supervise and coordinate the work of early childhood educators and their assistants to ensure quality programming and care.
