Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Job

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who values a child-centered approach and has a strong interest in Montessori philosophy.

Position: ECE
Location: Vancouver
Start Date: immediately

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the lead teacher in implementing a Montessori-inspired program
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Assist with daily routines, classroom management, and activities
• Observe and document children’s development
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Qualifications:
• Valid ECE certificate in BC
• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting
• Montessori experience or training is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Criminal Record Check clearance
