Job Title-early childhood educator (ECE)
Hourly Wage-$20.25 hourly (to be negotiated)

Education- Compeltionof secondary school
Experinec-One year to less than two years
Language- English

1-Assess the children’s development in order to prepare a learning plan tailored to his needs.
2-Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
3-Maintain daycare equipment
4-Supervise staff, trainees or volunteers
5-Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
6-Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest
7-Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records
8-Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts
9-Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
10-Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians or supervisor
Establish guidelines for behaviour
