Early Childhood Educator Assistant Job

1. Engage children in a variety of educational activities, such as storytelling and educational games.
2. Assist in organizing and maintaining a stimulating environment to encourage children's development.
3. Help with setting up rooms.
4. Maintain open communication with management, teachers, and parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
5. Support the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing children's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.
6. Establish and maintain daily routines to foster independence and learning opportunities.
7. Provide guidance and assistance to children with daily tasks, including mealtime and restroom breaks.
8. Participate in short- and long-term planning and program reviews.
9. Foster positive relationships with parents by ensuring open and effective communication channels.

1. Early Childhood Educator Assistant certificate.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Previous experience in childcare is advantageous.
