Early Childhood Educator Assistant Job

At Mongio Early Learning Center we are looking for loving and passionate Early Childhood Educator Assistants. Our location is 600 Royal Ave, New Westminster, BC V3M 1J3.
Wage: C$18.00 - C$21.00 Per Hour (to be negotiated)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 35-40 hours per week (to be negotiated)
Status: Permanent, Full-Time
Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Responsibilities:
-Charting all information related to the child's day.
-Greeting all parents and children upon their arrival.
-Knowing and adhering to each child's schedule.
-Giving and receiving information from/to other staff members and parents.
-Handling laundry tasks, including bibs and washcloths.
-Sanitizing toys and furniture.
-Classroom or program setup.
-Planning, implementing, and evaluating programs.
-Monitoring and assessing children's health.
-Monitoring daily intake of food and liquids.

Qualifications:
-Completion of high school graduation is required.
-Previous experience in childcare or a related field is required.
-Individuals will be team players interested in maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
-Early Childhood Education Assistant Certificate is preferred.
