Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as storytelling, singing songs, games, and creative arts and crafts
• Support educators in maintaining daily records, attendance, and progress notes
• Assist in planning and organizing daily activities and learning schedules
• Attend staff meetings to discuss children’s development, progress, and any concerns
• Assist children with eating, dressing, toileting, and maintaining proper hygiene
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment at all times

Employment Requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a certificate or diploma in early childhood education or a related field OR minimum of 3 months of relevant experience working with children
