Job Description:
• Operate, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and adjust automated, servomechanical, and electromechanical production equipment and systems to ensure continuous operation and maximum efficiency. • Perform root cause analysis and develop closed-loop corrective actions for equipment failures, product defects, and process issues in both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining production phases. • Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment setup, disassembly, assembly, and operator qualification programs; lead hands-on operator training and certification. • Program, debug, and optimize PLCs, human-machine interfaces, robotic stations, and related control systems to improve station yield and reduce downtime. • Conduct preventive and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment, including industrial wiring, power distribution systems, fixtures, and automated lines to prevent production delays. • Utilize Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (pFMEA) to identify and mitigate risks associated with broken fixtures, incorrect operating procedures, and high-risk stations. • Evaluate current production activities, collect performance data, and provide engineering improvement recommendations to related teams. • Install, commission, and qualify new production equipment, including electrical wiring, power system integration, and parameter optimization through design of experiments (DOE). • Review root cause analyses and corrective actions prepared by engineers; verify their reliability through testing and full production-line implementation. • Develop and execute failure analysis methods and protocols for electronic devices and electromechanical assemblies during NPI and sustaining phases. • Monitor equipment performance using diagnostic tools, perform repairs using appropriate mechanical and electrical methods, and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards while collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Two Years of experiences as an Equipment Engineer, Mechanical Engineer/Technician, or Equipment Maintenance Technician is required. Certificate of Training in PLC programming is required.

SALARY: $68,765.00 to $70,000.00 per year
